Hello, how are you all doing these days? I hope you’re well. Have you ever wondered what I eat during my busy workweek? Just like you, I want something convenient and tasty that I can pack for lunch the next day, while still enjoying the cooking process. I do eat out sometimes, and occasionally I just need a break to have some “me” time. In this post, I’d like to share what I cook during the week. Here’s a list of 5 dishes I cook during the week. So without further ado, let’s get cooking!
Mushroom Stroganoff

Butter Chicken

Vegan Chicken with Orange juice

Spicy and Crunchy Garlic Tofu

vScallops Pasta

You can easily find all the ingredients at your local supermarket. I always keep tofu and mushrooms stocked. These are my go-to ingredients for most weekday dishes. vScallop pasta is one of my favorite meals, especially when I’m starting my day off or I’m feeling lazy and want something quick for my meal. It’s simple, quick, and delicious. I make this dish so often that I also keep pasta, gherkins, and sun-dried tomatoes on hand. When I don’t feel like cooking but I’m too lazy to go out, this is always my go-to dish.
On my day off, I sometimes spend time recreating dishes that I saw on YouTube. These dishes are not only for sharing on my website but also for inclusion in my private chef menu.
Now here is my weekly menu. I hope it inspires you to cook for your family or yourself and hope you will enjoy it.
