Vegan Snack | Banana Oat Bar

Hi everyone, today I am going to share the easiest snack. It is called Banana Oat Bar. You only need three ingredients to make this. That’s got cooking!!

Ingredients

4 -6 ripe banana

1 tsp cinnamon

100g oats

Method

  1. Peel and mash the banana in a large mixing bowl
  2. Add the cinnamon, and oat and mix until it starts to stick together
  3. Line a square baking tin with baking paper and press the mix down with a fork
  4. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the mixture then bake at 200C for 25 minutes
  5. Allow to cool and slice into bars
  6. Enjoy it

This is a really easy banana Oat bar recipe that you can make in no time. You can serve it as afternoon tea with a couple of tea or coffee, or a quick snack. There is no added sugar and purely natural sweetness from bananas. I think you can add some crushed nuts or berries to make it more taster.
