
Hello everyone, how are we today? I hope you are all well. In this post, I would like to share a simple pasta sauce. I called it Cream Pasta Red Sauce. You only need 5 ingredients to make this super easy, quick, cream red sauce. So, that’s got cooking and enjoy it.
Ingredient for Creamy Pasta Red Sauce
3 small or 1 medium onion
2 large red capsicums
3 small or 2 medium tomatoes
1/2 cup (125ml) plant milk, I used oat milk
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
salt, pepper and basil to taste, if you want spicy you can add paprika and chilli powder
1 handful of spinach

Method Creamy Red Pasta Sauce
- Roasted the first 3 ingredients at 220 Celsius for 20 minutes (save some for garnish). Add into a blender along with other ingredients, add cooking pasta water and blend until smooth. Set on side
- Cook the pasta according the package
- Heat up the frying pan on medium heat. Cook the red sauce for 1 minute and then combine it with pasta add some pasta water, and adjust seasonally if you need to. Through the spinach, stir a bit.
- 4. Chop some roasted veggies and sprinkle on top for garnish.
- Ready to serve and enjoy it.

Note
- Cook the past less than 2 minutes whether the according to recommendations. The pasta is going to cook in the sauce.
- The sauce may get thick once you combine the pasta. You can add more pasta water to lose a bit.
