Vegan Dessert | Vegan Mandarin Jelly

Hi everyone, how are you? In this post, I want to share with you another super easy vegan dessert recipe. It calls – Vegan Mandarin Jelly. You don’t need to spend a lot of time cooking it. You can find all ingredients at your local supermarket except the vegan jelly powder. I use a jelly powder called Queen JEL-IT-In, you can find it at Woolworths. Also, take some time to remove the white membrane. The texture will match smoother and it is worth doing that. That’s got cooking.

Ingredient for Vegan Mandarin Jelly

2-3 medium size of Mandarin or orange

420g Water

50g brown sugar

30g orange juice

9g Vegan jelly powder

Method for Vegan Mandarin Jelly

  1. Peel the mandarin oranges, remove the white membrane
  2. In the pot, mix with sugar, and vegan jelly powder, and mix well. This way can prevent lumpiness.
  3. Add the water and mandarin oranges to the pot. Cook on medium heat until boil, gentle stir.
  4. Switch off the heat, and stir it.
  5. Add the orange juice.
  6. Divide into cups, store in the fridge for 1 hour
  7. ready to serve.

In this recipe, I think you can change other soft fruit, like peaches, and peel grapes 🍇. This vegan dessert recipe is another super easy that I have ever come across. I hope you will like it.
