
Hi everyone, How are we going these days? In this post, I would like to share another vegan cheat pastry with you. It is called the Cheat Cinnamon Roll. It is quick, simple, has fewer ingredients and doesn’t spend too much time. I hope you will like it. That’s got cooking.
Ingredient
1 sheet of Vegan Puffy Pastry
20g Cashew nut, roughly crush, leave some chunks will be fine
Filling
25g Maple syrup
15g Dark brown sugar
5g Cinnamon powder
Plant-based milk Wash
A dash of plant-based milk
A splash of maple syrup


Method
- Get the vegan puffy pastry, brush maple syrup on the sheet
- Mix with dark brown sugar, and cinnamon powder, then sprinkle powder on the sheet.
- Generally, sprinkle the cashew nut on top of the sheet.
- Roll the pastry up like the sausage roll.
- Cut into around 3cm pieces or cut the size you would like to. Transfer to the baking tray
- Brush some plant-based milk wash on the edge of a cinnamon roll, and sprinkle more cashew nut, and cinnamon powder around the cinnamon roll.
- Bake it at 180c for 20 minutes
- Enjoy it.


Note for Cheat Cinnamon roll
- During the process, I didn’t roll it tightly so when I cut the roll, some pieces started to crumble and it wouldn’t stand properly. The taste is still delicious.
- I think lightly pressing down to make it tighter.
