Vegan Breakfast | High Protein Cocoa Pancakes

Hi everyone, how are you? Today I am going to share another easy pancake recipe. It is called Protein Coca Pancakes. It is very super easy, you only need a fried pan and blender, that is it. How simple is that? Please enjoy it, and that gets cooking.

Ingredients for Protein Cocoa Pancakes

  • 1 Banana
  • 60-90g of oats
  • 250ml of dairy-free milk ( I use Oat milk)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 scoop of vegan protein powder (optional)

Method for Protein Cocoa Pancakes

  1. Combine all ingredients in the blender, if you feel the mixture is thick, you can add more liquid. then transfer into the large mix bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat up a non-stick pan on medium heat. Drizzle some olive oil or coconut oil. Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. Serve with some maple syrup, mix berries combo or jam.
  4. Enjoy it

Note

  1. The recipe is a guideline. If you feel the batter is too thick. You can add more milk.
  2. The oat can absorb more liquid. You can change it to other plant-based milk, like soy milk. The batter will be smoother.
