Hi everyone, how are you? Today I am going to share another easy pancake recipe. It is called Protein Coca Pancakes. It is very super easy, you only need a fried pan and blender, that is it. How simple is that? Please enjoy it, and that gets cooking.

Ingredients for Protein Cocoa Pancakes
- 1 Banana
- 60-90g of oats
- 250ml of dairy-free milk ( I use Oat milk)
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1 scoop of vegan protein powder (optional)
Method for Protein Cocoa Pancakes
- Combine all ingredients in the blender, if you feel the mixture is thick, you can add more liquid. then transfer into the large mix bowl and set aside.
- Heat up a non-stick pan on medium heat. Drizzle some olive oil or coconut oil. Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve with some maple syrup, mix berries combo or jam.
- Enjoy it

Note
- The recipe is a guideline. If you feel the batter is too thick. You can add more milk.
- The oat can absorb more liquid. You can change it to other plant-based milk, like soy milk. The batter will be smoother.
