Vegan Dessert | Easy Chocolate Mousse

Hello everyone, how are we? Today, I am going to share a dessert with you, especially for those who love chocolate. It is called easy chocolate mousse. You only need two main ingredients to make it work. It is super simple and I hope you will like it. That’s getting cooking!!!!

Ingredient for Easy Chocolate Mousse

200g silken tofu

180g vegan chocolate

1 tbsp of flax seeds with 3 tbsp of water

2 tbsp maple syrup or 1 date (optional)

Method for Easy Chocolate Mousse

  1. Melt chocolate.
  2. Blend the tofu, dates, and flex seeds. Pour in the melted chocolate and blend until completely combined.
  3. Fill the mixture into glasses or jars and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or overnight to set.
  4. Enjoy it!!!

Note

I used vegan Hazelnut milk from Pico Chocolate. It has quite sweet, I added 1 date only. However, I think it is still too sweet for me. You can adjust your sweetness depending on what brand or type you are using. Nevertheless, another super, quick and easy dessert recipe. I hope you will enjoy it.
