Hello, how are you these days? I hope you are all well well. Have you ever wanted to make brownies but were overwhelmed by the number of ingredients? In this post, I’ll share a simple recipe for a chocolate brownie that requires no eggs or milk. You only need three ingredients. So let’s start cooking!
Ingredient
- 3 ripe banana
- 120 g creamy peanut butter
- 50 g (1/2 cup) cocoa powder
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and fold a baking tray (I use 20cm x 20cm x 5cm) with parchment paper.
- Get a mixed bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas then add peanut butter and stir the mixture until smooth.
- Sift in cocoa powder, give it a mix and transfer to the prepared baking tray.
- Bake in a hot oven for 22 to 30 minutes – mine took 27 minutes. Let cool completely at room temperature before slicing.
- You can serve it with mixed berries combo or ice cream.
- Enjoy it.

Note
- If the brownie seems undercooked, return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- You can keep it in the fridge overnight to make it more firm.
